At various stages before, during and after your #SpaceshipsRoadTrip 🖖 we'll email you important information about your road trip. Therefore it is important that you add an email address to your booking that you use regularly and that you can and will access while travelling in New Zealand.
After-hours pick-up instructions (including the lock-box code)
For an early after-hours pick-up (after midnight but before 8am): will be sent the working day before your scheduled day of pick-up
For an after-hours pick-up (after 5pm but before midnight): will be sent during the working day (between 9am and 5pm) of your scheduled day of pick-up.
Drop-off instructions will be sent 3 days before your scheduled day of drop-off.
Instructions about how to use your Spaceships campervan aren't emailed as the info about the Instructional Videos and where to find them has already been mentioned in emails like the booking confirmation.
