The pick-up instructions will be sent on the day before your scheduled day of pick-up, sometimes during the day of your pick-up. This depends on whether it's an early after-hours pick-up or an after-hours pick-up. See for more info about when the instructions will be sent.
Sometimes they are sent in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon or early evening but you will definitely receive the pick-up instructions on the day before your pick-up day.
Please make sure to check your spam folder as well, just in case.
